How dry is the kiln-dried wood?

KIR kiln-dried wood is brought under 20% moisture. Exact readings can vary by piece and storage conditions.

How long are the splits?

Wood is cut to approximately 16 inches, a practical length for many fireplaces, stoves, pits, and smokers. Confirm your firebox dimensions when ordering.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Face cord and full cord pricing does not include delivery. Delivery is $25 in Eau Claire, $40 in the Chippewa Falls area, or $60 for surrounding towns up to about 30 miles. Pickup is also available by appointment.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are available for the 1 cu ft kiln-dried box and the 10 lb KIR Smoke Blocks. Choose month-to-month at full price, prepay 3 months to save 10%, or prepay 6 months to save 15%. Pause or cancel anytime. Call or text 715-563-0967 to start.

Is shipping available?

Yes. The 1 cu ft kiln-dried box and the 10 lb KIR Smoke Blocks ship in oak, cherry, or hickory, and KIR Pizza Wood ships in red oak. Shipping is included in the price for all three; the Smoke Blocks are also available for free local pickup. Face cords and full cords are local delivery or pickup only and are not shipped.

Is there bulk pricing?

Yes. Savings begin at 3 full cords. For 5 or more kiln-dried full cords, the September 2026 guide lists $520 red oak, $530 cherry, and $540 hickory per cord.
